Suresh Indu Lasers Pvt. Ltd. (SIL) is a Pune based company started it's operation in 1990. The company was started was Dr. S. T. Shah, who came with an academic background, did his doctorate from University of Pune in Lasers, worked in industry for a brief while before pursuing post-doctorate research in high power Lasers in UK for 5 years. After returning back from UK he started SIL. Today, SIL manufactures wide range of products including Industrial Lasers for material processing applications such as cutting, welding, drilling, marking, engraving etc., Laser accessories and Educational kits.
